FedEx Holidays 2020:

As mentioned earlier, FedEx does not deliver on a few days in a year. Those days are observed as holidays by FedEx.

These are the FedEx Holidays for 2020:

  • Memorial Day: May 25, 2020
  • Independence Day: July 4, 2020
  • Labor Day: September 7, 2020
  • Thanksgiving Day: November 26, 2020

  • New Year’s Day: January 1, 2021

Exceptionally, FedEx may remain open on holidays, and some services such as FedEx Freight, FedEx Custom Critical may be available on these holidays. It depends on the FedEx holiday schedule that you can check in the table below.

Free Ground Shipping

We offer free UPS ground shipping on any online orders $79 or more in the contiguous United States.
The merchandise must total $79 after any discounts and before tax and shipping.
Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at check out.

FedEx Saturday Delivery:

Saturday is considered as Standard delivery day with FedEx Home Delivery. It means, most of the packages scheduled for Monday delivery will be delivered two days earlier at no extra cost. This delivery is available with FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2Day. If FedEx doesn’t deliver or attempt on Saturday, then it is because the recipient or the shipper requested a later delivery. In this situation, the fee will still be charged. If they fail to deliver on this day because of an unexcused service failure, then the Money-Back Guarantee may apply. This delivery is available to several U.S markets for the U.S. express freight shipments with FedEx First Overnight Freight, FedEx 1Day Freight, and FedEx 2Day Freight.

Your Billing Address and Shipping Address must be the same when making your order. ONLY SALON OWNERS can have there orders shipped to there salons address, other than there billing address.

However we do call to confirm your order for salons delivery and we also do a Google web address check to confirm it is your salon.
Regular customers By adding a second shipping address other than billing we will call or email to confirm reasons before shipping out your order,
also this can slow down your order process so its always best to keep your billing/shipping address the same.

International Shipping Services

We ship all international orders by FedEx.
Shipping costs and fees vary substantially depending on your location.
Please contact us directly if you have questions or requests regarding shipping.
We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid" and do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes.
You will be responsible for any of these types of potential charges that apply to your purchase.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Your order will be shipped via FedEx to the address you provide.
The major cause of shipment delays are incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Please double check the address you input prior to completing your purchase.
Make sure you have included ALL information necessary to ensure your package will arrive to you.
If your package is considered undeliverable or refused by FedEx, it will be treated as a return.

We may be able to file a claim for you if FedEx is responsible for the delay.
