We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase at LuxeRemi. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

- We only accept merchandise that has not been opened or altered in any way.
- All tags and original packaging must be fully intact.
- All returns and exchanges must be requested within 21 days from date of purchase and shipped within 30 days of Returns Approval.
- Shipping Charges will not be Refunded
- Returns not in original condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Final Sale Items clip-in extensions, wigs, hairpieces, and clearance items, will not be accepted as returns/exchanges.
- We do not accept products are found to have been used with generic oils, similar to ones like Moroccan oil.
