Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped.
Call (562) 229-9300 during LuxeRemi hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST) to request an order cancellation.
Once we receive your cancellation request you will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days.
If you can’t talk to a representative to cancel your order, you can still cancel your order by leaving us a message at (562) 229-9300. (make sure to leave your order number, name and state that you want to cancel your order)
We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
Can I change my order once submitted?
You may request to cancel an item from your order, upgrade shipping or change the shipping address provided the order has not shipped. However, adding or exchanging items once the order has been submitted is not permitted.
Please call (562) 229-9300 during our hours of operation to request any of the allotted adjustments to your order.
Please have your order number or customer number ready for better assistance. We do not accept any adjustment requests via e-mail due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day, it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make adjustment(s) accordingly .
I may have submitted a duplicate order? What should I do?
This often happens if the "submit" button is pressed more than once or if you use the back arrows on your browser.
Our system is able to recognize an identical order being sent to the same address. We will automatically cancel an order for the same item, color and size being sent to the same address.
Can I purchase bulk orders on LuxeRemi.com?

How do I search for a product?
To search for a product you can browse our website, type the desired keyword into the search tab at the top right of the mainpage and we will show you everything on the website related to your search. Try searching for the first word that pops into your mind, for example search the word "silky", "texture", "curly", "wave" or "gold". When you have found what you want, simply click "add to cart", continue shopping or go to the checkout page to complete your order.
